This innovatively designed, new hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao.
Being situated in a pedestrian street, the hotel is surrounded by the charming atmosphere of the most historic part of the city, yet you can still reach the hotel by car. The train station is also only 5 minutes away.
Just around the corner you will find the Santiago Cathedral and the famous Guggenheim and Fine Arts museums are only 10 minutes away. Business travellers will appreciate being just 15 minutes from the Euskalduna Conference Centre.
Opened in March 2005, the hotel also offers air conditioning and a 21-inch TV in the rooms. If you have forgotten your alarm clock, you can also receive a wake-up call via your telephone, before heading down to enjoy the continental breakfast (extra charge).
The hotel is located in a pedestrian street, allowing you to enjoy the charming atmosphere of the most characteristic, historical part of Bilbao to the fullest.
This does mean that you cannot access the street by car. Nevertheless, if you need to unload your luggage from your car, you can request a special loading and unloading permit for hotel guests at reception.
If you do not have a lot of luggage, the hotel recommends that you park your car at the Arenal car park.
Another option is to use the parking area of another hotel that Bilbao Jardines has an agreement with.

By Plane:
-You can take a bus from the airport to Bilbao every 30 minutes A3247 AEROPUERTO –BILBAO station "Plaza Moyua". From here you can either walk or take the metro (Casco Viejo).
By Car:
From: Madrid, Vitoria, Burgos , San Sebastian; take the exit for Bilbao "MIRAFLORES", at the roundabout heat towards "ATXURI”. Continue to travel along ‘Ribera’ heading towards Parking Arenal.
From Santander: Is the last exit, (the second) MIRAFLORES is the name.
By Bus:
From the terminal "Termibus" you can arrive to the hotel by metro "Casco Viejo", or by tram "Arriaga" is the station.
